Salman Khan deserves a Padma Shri

Not many will agree to me but I feel, Salman Khan also deserves a Padma Shri, an award bestowed by government for people who make immense contribution to their chosen field. His counterparts Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan have got the award. Salman with them makes a famous triosome, which has ruled Hindi film Industry for last two decades. His Blackbuck case and also road accident case in court shouldn't make him less achiever in his chosen field. In last twenty years, His movies have been Box Office leader for six times. He had got success in different genres of film. He has been his romantic best in Maine Pyar Kiya, Saajan, Sanam Bewafa, Baaghi, Hum Aap Kai Hai Koun, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Pyar Kiya Tho Darna Kiya. People have loved him in his comedy films like Andaz Apna Apna, Judwaa, Biwi No. 1, Chal Mere Bhai, Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai, Mujhse Shaadi Karoge, No Entry, Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya and Partner. He is no less in action films, we have seen him getting angry in Karan Arjun, Bandhan, Tere Naam and Garv. We have seen playing him sensitive characters in movies like Khamoshi and Phir Milenge. We can't forget his roles in family movies 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', 'Hum Tumhare Hai Sanam', 'Chori Chori Chupke Chupke' and 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.

Salman Khan has given maximum dance numbers from all his movies, which makes us Jhoom. People will agree to me for one thing that Gym Business has grown after Salman Khan removed his shirt for the song 'O O Jaane Jaana' in 'Pyar Kiya Tho Darna Kiya'. Men did become more conscious about their looks and physique after that. Salman Khan is the most handsome actor ever in Bollywood. His achievements are huge in Hindi film industry and rightly deserves the Padma Shri award from the government. Nobody has acknowledged his success, be it media or government. Last year, we saw him winning Rajiv Gandhi Award for his achievements in Hindi Film Industry and this year, his statue has been put in Madame Tussads. Fans have always been with him and now it is government's turn to bestow him with award for his achievements. This year, we saw him hosting a television show 'Dus Ka Dum' and has been successful with it despite everybody have doubt on it. Salman Khan connected with common people very well. Salman Khan is a multi talented personality. He has sung for couple of songs in his films in 'Hello Brother' and 'Chal Mere Bhai'. He has been in Production, which is managed by his brother Sohail Khan. Recently, he has turned into painter. He is the first superstar to get into painting and is doing well. His Paintings are selling well. He has also started his NGO 'Being Human', which is helping the needy people. He has written a story of his upcoming movie 'Veer', the most awaited film of his career. This movie could be a milestone in his career and could win him Best Actor Award, which he has been waiting for so many years. I want to ask everybody 'Doesn't Salman Khan deserve a Padmi Shri Award like his colleagues Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan'?
